Summary of the Role

Contract by Design is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team. We specialize in architecture and interior design, with a strong focus on both functionality and aesthetics. Open Positions:

•  Architect (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion
• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Conduct research on materials, furniture, and sustainability trends relevant to our aesthetic approach
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to refine design concepts
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards
• Participate in site visits, measurements, and project documentation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of design changes and revisions

Qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Vray, D5, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for design and alignment with our firm’s aesthetic values
• Revit knowledge is considered a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
